A day to work on your energy, many through prayer, others meditation, others exercise, yoga, tai-chi does not matter as long as you work on evolution of the self of the spirit.
If this is your 83rd year then you should be very careful with your health, try and find or keep a purpose, we die if we don’t have a future, as long as we have a future we live1

You will see people from your past, if they come for help listen don’t dismiss them, if it’s righteous, forgive past indiscretions and give them a hand. In life you must soften your position, be flexible and don’t let past hurt through your game plan. You will get far with a good work ethic, sensitive to others will know just what to do or say to get what you want. Creative you can think outside the box, for the women you will get ahead, and men will not stand in your way.
